TUBE: Tree-based Density Estimation Algorithms

TUBE's algorithms for discretization and density estimation have been developed by Gabi Schmidberger and are part of her thesis "Tree-based Density Estimation: Algorithms and Applications". The implementations of the algorithms are based on WEKA and require WEKA 3.6 to run.
