Sources

To install Weka Proper download all the .tar.gz files of a version into one directory, un-tar the file proper-xyz.tar.gz, rename the datasets-file to datasets.tar.gz and follow the instructions in the file INSTALL.

If you want the latest source code, you can get it from Sourceforge:
